To qualify for our Home Ownership programs, the buyer Must be earning less then 80% of the County Median Income and generally meet the requirements to qualify for a mortgage. Other requirements may be necessary, depending on the source of our grant subsidy and/or the particular program.

Please remember that the road to home ownership is a process. This process will take time. At best several months, but for most of the families we help, it takes longer.
