The first hour is conducted by Dave Ramsey, founder of Financial Peace University and best selling author, by video telecast. The second hour is conducted by our experienced staff and includes group discussion

A complete home ownership Affordability Analysis including your Credit Report
If income eligible, a $3 or $6 grant for every $1 saved giving you a maximum of $5,000 - $10,000 in grant money
Long term support
This program meets the requirements of First Time Home Ownership Education for FHA, FannieMae, Federal Home Loan Bank of New York, Commerce Bank, Wachovia Bank, Susquehanna Patriot Bank, Bank of America and most Bank and mortgage company mortgage products.
