Christ Care Senior Project

 Christ Care Senior Rental Project is a $9 million new construction low income housing project restricted to senior citizens over the age of 62.  The project has 96 one bedroom units and offers recreation, social activities and limited social services to the residents. 

The building  is located in the Sicklerville section of the Township of Winslow.  Winslow was created by an act of the Senate and General Assembly of the State of New Jersey on March 8, 1845.  The new Township, created from a part of Gloucester Township, contains 57.4 square miles and has a population of 34,064.  Today, Winslow Township is both a rural and an urban community.  while the western end of the Township has become mostly residential, the eastern end still contains many family farms.  Rents will range from $403 to $468 per month.

Construction was completed in 2004.

Carpenters Square

Carpenters Square is a new construction, low income housing project, restricted to senior citizens over the age of 62.  The building has100, one and two bedroom units and offers recreation, social activities and limited social services to the residents.  65 units are reserved for very low income elderly and 35 units for low income.  The building is located in downtown Gloucester City and is conveniently located near shopping and transportation.  The population of Gloucester City is 11,484 and yet it has the charm of a small town with city amenities. Construction is underway and should be completed by early 2004.

Chestnut Station  

Chestnut Station is a $9 million new construction, low income housing project restricted to low and moderate income senior citizens over the age of 62..  The building has 74 one and two bedroom units.  The building provides recreation, social activities and limited social services to the residents.

This three story building is located in beautiful down town Merchantville within walking distance to shopping and transportation.  Merchantville is a small historic community, population of 3,807.
